SOCCORED is a technical consultative and non-political organization, which founded by His Highness King Abdirashid King Omar Ismail Sanweyne an elite prominent traditional leader. who has longtime famous traditional royalty and descendant of well respected and famous King Sanweyne Dynasty in Puntlabnd and other parts of the Country, thus, this centre is created to organize modernized traditional inclusive approach which can reactivate Somali Traditional System through initiation of conflict resolution efforts and community development initiative programme in Somalia., in order to take with the international community and Local administration joint efforts to restore back the dwindling feature of our traditional and contemporary entity as a whole.
